How can a clarity call help me?
A clarity call is a conversation in which we discuss whether coaching is the next right step for you. It’s completely free and there’s absolutely no commitment necessary, so if you think coaching might be right for you, but you’re still on the fence, a coaching call is a great way to get to know Michelle a little better. It’s an opportunity for you to tell Michelle what you’ve been struggling with in your business lately, and for you to see if Michelle can come up with a coaching solution for that problem that works for you. If you both agree that coaching makes sense as the next step for you to take in your business, you can move forward from there, but only if and when you decide to do so.
What makes Michelle different?
There are some coaches who tell their clients what to do. They have a formula for success and their idea of coaching is to teach that formula to their clients, but what sets Michelle apart is that she recognizes each business is different, so what worked for her or for another one of her clients is not necessarily going to work for you.
Instead, Michelle works with you to identify your goals for your business and then create a roadmap to help you achieve those goals. She works with you as you complete each stage of the journey so any time you encounter a hurdle to achieving your goals, you have someone to help you over and to cheer you on.

My clients often tell me that I have an energy that is contagious. They also love that I support them in a caring, motivational way...especially when they get down on themselves or their business (which is so easy for all of us to do!). The thing my clients find the coolest, though, is that I am able to give them advice and guidance on how to run their business, how to market and how to fundraise. Most consultants specialize in one area. My clients also love that I am a HUGE connector and can quickly connect them with people to help in areas I can't...and am able to help connect them with clients and business partners.

Can I afford it?
Coaching is an investment in your business just like you invest in the tools and software you need to run your business. As the one running your company, you are your company’s greatest asset, so why wouldn’t you invest in making sure you are running your business the best way you possibly can? What makes her coaching unique is that she doesn’t tell her clients what to do, she asks them the questions they need to answer to discover what the next steps are they should take to move forward in their business in the way they want to move forward. Her presentations rely on the same formula, but rather than have everyone shout out their answers, Michelle uses handouts so everyone can write down their answers throughout the presentation, and at the end they have an action plan they can take with them and start putting into practice. Can't I just do this on my own? You can try...I did. What I found, and so have most of my clients, is that no matter what your area of expertise, you still need an expert at your side helping guide the way. As we go through the ups and downs of business (and life!) it's so easy to forget about our goals and where we are headed. It's also easy to feel defeated and like we just want to give up. My business reached such great success when I finally invested in an expert to be by my side, and my clients have seen the same. How much time is involved before I see results? That answer varies with each business. It really depends on where you currently are, where you want to go and what you're willing to do in terms of time and money to get there. For most of my clients, and myself, it easily takes 6-12 months to achieve lasting, long-term results. |
