Have you given any thought to what you should be providing your
clients to help make their experience with you easier?
Perhaps you've got an online program running, and your customers
need a central place to access their materials -- or a Facebook group
to call home and reach their fellow students.
Or, perhaps your clients all start asking you the same question about
how to do something or where to find something or someone.
How can you help make your life easier by creating something once
that you can send your people to time and time again?
This week's video covers just that -- examples from my business (and
one that stars the Coaching Club members!) that illustrate a need that
came up so I knew where to create a tool or resource for my clients. I'll
help you identify those areas and needs so you can become aware of
where you may need to build, or update, those tools and resources.
