GROUP COACHING & TRAINING CALLS

Coaching Calls are a great way to dive deeper into your business and learn and enhance your skills while also getting feedback and direction from Michelle. Both Group Coaching Calls & Training Calls are included for all current, paying Z&B clients.  During a Group Coaching Call you can ask a question or simply listen to the questions other people have. Each call is recorded and posted for people to listen to who couldn't attend live or to listen to again as needed. You can still submit a question even if you aren't able to attend. Those who register by 12am the day of the call are given priority for being selected to have their questions answered.

NOTE: If you are ever in need of more one on one time with Michelle, you can add a Private Call.  Both Current and Past Clients receive a discounted rate on Private Calls. You can purchase an individual or package of calls here.  Private Calls are included in the Maximize Your Momentum Private Coaching Program & V.I.P. Plus Program.

CALL DATES

Be sure to put these dates in your calendar and plan around them as best you can. If the dates always conflict with your calendar, still put them in and be sure to submit questions ahead of time.  Then schedule time within a few days to listen to the recording. (See the section below for additional information on submitting questions and recordings.)​
​ Calls are Monday's from 11-12:30pm CST
All calls are recorded and questions can be submitted ahead of time if you can't make it.

1/3- Introductions and getting to know each other, 1/10- Group Coaching Call,
​1/17- Kickstart Your Year Training, 1/24- Group Coaching Call, 1/31- Bonus call/Planning Training

2/7- Training Call, 2/14- Group Coaching Call, 2/28- Group Coaching Call

3/7- Training Call, 3/14- Group Coaching Call, 3/28- Group Coaching Call

4/4- Training Call, 4/11- Group Coaching Call, 4/25- Group Coaching Call 


Dates are subject to change. (We try not to alter and only do when we have to.
Examples of when we may do so include holidays and dates when Michelle is taking time off or being requested to speak.)

Please be sure to register for each Group Coaching Call here AND ANSWER THE QUESTIONS. This is your chance to have accountability every 2 weeks and to keep Michelle updated on how things are going in your business.
  • If you aren't able to attend, please still complete the registration and note that you can't attend. Please also answer the questions.

PRE & POST CALL QUESTIONS

Prior to each Group Coaching Call, you'll answer 3 questions:
  • What has happened since we've last spoke?
  • What are you currently working on?
  • What do you want to focus your call time on?

After each Group Coaching Call, you'll answer 3 questions:
  • What was your Big Ah Ha from the call? 
  • What new things came up during the call? 
  • What are your next steps?

​Why so many questions all the time?! They are a way of to provide accountability to you every two weeks and to keep Michelle in the loop on all the ups and downs that have happened in your business and life since we've last spoke.

As always, if this feels stressful to you or like busywork, simply don't do it. The exercise is meant to help you reflect on and celebrate all you've done, not stress you out. Michelle realizes each person's needs are different :)

ACCESSING THE CALL....

We start each call by having those in attendance take a few seconds to introduce themselves. Some people ask questions, other listen.  Be sure to take notes while on the call. The recording is posted after the call for those who weren't able to attend or want to re-listen.
