BEFORE YOUR CALL....
24 hrs before your call, please complete the pre-call questions. Taking time to thoughtfully answer the questions gets both of us laser focused and ensures most of your time is spent on moving your business forward, not catching up.  You can find a link to the questions in the confirmation email for your appointment. If you can't find it there, you can simply email your answers to michelle@zandbconsulting.com.

  • What are you currently working on?
  • What would you like to focus your time on?
Note: For Group Coaching Calls, these questions are optional. Clients who take time to answer them find great value.

Upload Documents: 
  •  CLICK HERE to upload documents you would like Michelle to review before your call (Keep in mind that Michelle can more effectively give you her thoughts if she is given materials to review prior to the call.)
DURING THE CALL....
Be sure to take notes while on the call. We use a conference call line so that the call can be recorded and you can relisten when needed in the future. This is especially useful if we are talking about how to say something or steps to take.

    • We can use the camera to see each other or keep the camera off. The choice is yours.
    • You can share things on your computer that you want me to see and I can share things for you to see.
    • You are able to record the video and audio for the call from your computer.  If you aren't sure how, be sure to ask Michelle at the start of the call.  (Calls aren't automatically recorded. The recording has to be initiated at the start of the call.)
  • Group Coaching Calls
    • ​We start each call by having those in attendance take a few seconds to introduce themselves.
    • Some people ask questions, other listen.
    • The recording is posted after the call for those who weren't able to attend or want to re-listen.
AFTER THE CALL....
Within 24 hrs after your call, please email answers to the following questions to michelle@zandbconsulting.com:
  • What was your big "Ah Ha" from the call?
  • What new things came up during the call?
  • What are your next steps?
